Conference Policies
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellation will be granted in full only if notification is received two weeks before the event start date (April 10, 2025). After this date, refunds are not provided.
Grievance Policy
The 2025 Ohio Osteopathic Symposium is designed to comply with Uniform Guidelines for Accrediting Agencies of Continuing Medical Education. Questions or complaints concerning the program should be submitted in writing and directed to the Executive Director. All grievances will receive an initial response in writing within 30 days of receipt.
