Family Health Services is a Federally Qualified Health Care Center located in Sandusky, Ohio and is part of Lake Erie Shores and Islands.

Working in an interdisciplinary team, our Pediatricians provide a full range of preventative and primary care medical services including health maintenance of chronic diseases and patient case management to newborns and children up to 18 years of age. The pediatrician performs medical procedures, prescription services and refers patients for specialized consultation.
Requirements include an Ohio medical license and graduation from an accredited Pediatric program (M.D. or D.O.). New graduates are welcome.
